THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS
Returning goods
Pursuant to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights ”, a consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality for similar ones within 14 days if the goods do not fit in shape, size, style, color or cannot be used for their intended purpose, but provided that the goods have not been used and their presentation, consumer properties, seals, packaging, and documents are preserved.
If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to purchase any other products, or receive a refund in the amount of the value of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar product at the first time the relevant product is put on sale. In case of a refund, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money is returned within seven days.
Consumer claims are considered only after clarifying the customer's name and order number and the complete set of goods.

What to do if I want to return or exchange the goods
Contact the manager by phone or in the messenger where you placed the order;
• According to the manager's instructions, send the goods back to the store.

In what cases can the exchange/return of goods be refused?
The exchange/return of goods may be refused for the following reasons:
• the integrity of the warranty seals, original packaging, etc. has been violated;
• there is mechanical or other damage caused by intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;
• there has been unauthorized interference, repair or replacement of internal communications and components of the product, or the design or layout of the product has been disturbed.
Clothing that cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”:
• mittens;
• underwear - thermal underwear;
• socks;
• hats and hats;
• second•hand goods.

Please note that we do not receive parcels sent with shipping at the recipient's expense. In this case, the parcels are returned to the sender.

The procedure for returning goods
- The return of the Goods is possible only to the same address at which the purchase was made.

Goods of good quality that did not fit for any reason (possible examples are ______) are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that:
• no traces of operation of the purchased Goods;
• preservation of presentation and consumer properties;
• the presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels.
The cost of delivery for the return/exchange of the Goods is paid by the Buyer*.
*Exceptions: manufacturing defects or re-grading (possible examples are ______). In this case, the return is made at the expense of the Seller.
Goods of inadequate quality (after use or with damaged labels) are not subject to exchange and return. -

- The Exchange Order is sent after the Seller receives the previous Goods with a complete set, without complaints from the Seller to such returned Goods.

The term of the contract
- This Agreement is concluded for the period of purchase of the Goods and is valid until the Buyer receives it.
- Before the expiration of the term, this Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties, namely: until the payment for the Goods, after payment for the Goods - only in the manner and within the terms provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
- The place of conclusion of this Agreement is the location of the Seller.
- In cases not provided for by this Agreement, the Parties are guided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
- This Agreement is drawn up in If any provision or condition of this Agreement is invalidated and/or expires, all other provisions and conditions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding on the Parties.
